In order to maintain their position as market leader and to meet the expectation of their customers DHL requested a range of training for warehouse and office staff based at their Charlton.
The Solution
To meet the needs of DHL, the following training package was developed which would benefit office and warehouse staff:
- NVQ LV2 Business Administration
- NVQLV3 Business Administration
- NVQ LV2 Team Leading
- NVQ LV3 Management
- NVQ LV4 Management
- Food Hygiene
- A1 Assessor award
The Impact
At present 26 office and warehouse staff working towards an assortment of NVQs, and in particular Level 3 in Management. The current Learners will complete their qualifications in April. Training will be on going during 2010 with cohorts of learners in May/June/October 2010.
