The NCFE level 2 Award in Resort Representatives provides the skills, knowledge and understanding required to carry out the role of a Resort Representative. It is ideal for those seeking employment as well as those already working in the industry without formal qualifications.

What do I need to get onto this course?
The minimum age for this qualification is 16 and there are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. It would be helpful to have studied at a level 1 prior to the start of this course. Entry onto the course remains at the discretion of the centre and may be subject to an interview. A good command of both written and spoken English is required.
How will I be assessed?
The qualification consists of 4 mandatory units and 1 optional unit which are internal assessed and you are required to produce a portfolio of work that covers all the learning outcomes for each unit. Assessment guidance is provided for each unit by our course tutor.
