What does the course include?
This is a fifteen week Casino Dealer Training Course. Learners are taught to deal the games at a high standard, as required to work in a Casino in the UK.
Roulette and Blackjack are taught and in addition there will be an introduction to the gambling law and the service skills required.
This includes social responsibility, problem gambling, team work, security procedures and the use of the equipment and customer care.
The training is delivered in our modern and purpose built casino training suite. The tutors and teachers are all highly qualified with extensive industry experience and knowledge.

This is the perfect course for employers within the gaming industry, as it provides fully trained dealers and reduces general training costs as a whole.
What do I need to get onto this course?
Learners must be of good character and integrity. Must have normal colour vision and a basic ability with numbers. An interview and a test are a prerequisite for the course.
How will I be assessed?
- Visually on a daily basis
- Formally at five weekly intervals
- Practically on assessment day
Where does it lead?
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will achieve a QCF Diploma Level 2 in Gambling Operations. You will also have an exportable skill that can be used throughout the world.
This is a sought after course within the gaming industry as 6/10 of our trained croupiers gain employment at the end of the course. Advice on how to apply for a casino interview, with a view to successfully gaining employment as a Dealer is included as part of the course.
