What does the course include?

Hypnosis is a wonderful therapy which uses relaxation and visualisation techniques to help one cope with the stresses and negative thoughts or behaviours that we all experience at some point. Learn how to use simple self hypnosis techniques to completely relax the self and improve those negative thinking patterns and change them into confidence and calm.
