What does the course include?
This QCF is designed to reflect the work of supervisory staff across a range of industries and organisations. There are also some specialist units to prepare candidates for work in the custodial environment such as prisons, detention centres, asylum centres, and escort services between prisons, courts and hospitals. These units place a greater emphasis on overseeing procedures and taking responsibility.
To gain the full qualification you will need to complete 6 units in total. (2 mandatory units and 4 units from Group A and Group B).

What do I need to get onto this course?
Related work experience. There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.
