The focus is on gaining qualifications and progressing rather than on people’s problems and needs: ‘Would English or maths qualifications help you to move on?’ rather than the negative ‘Have you got problems with your reading, writing and maths?’
Our Get On At Work offer provides a focussed learning opportunity offering a chance to develop skills and achieve a national qualification, which enables employees to:
- Develop wider skills
- Prepare and practise to take the National Tests in Adult Literacy and Numeracy when ready.
